1. Ex-Factory / Ex-Warehouse Pricing
All prices mentioned on the website are ex-warehouse/ex-factory. Transportation, installation, and unloading charges will be additional and borne by the customer.

2. Price Variability
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Customers are advised to confirm the latest pricing with our sales team before placing an order.

3. No Refunds or Exchanges
All products once sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances.

4. Product Design & Specification Updates
We reserve the right to modify product designs, features, and specifications without prior notice for continuous improvement.

5. Order Confirmation & Cancellation
Orders, once confirmed, cannot be canceled. Any advance payment made will be non-refundable.

6. Damage During Transit
We are not responsible for any damage or loss during transportation. Customers must inspect the goods at the time of delivery and report any issues immediately to the transport provider.

7. Packaging Charges
Additional charges may apply for special packaging such as wooden crates or customized packing requirements.

8. Payment Terms

• 100% advance payment is required before dispatch.
• Alternatively, 50% advance for order confirmation and remaining 50% before dispatch.
• Orders will not be processed until payment is received.

9. GST & Taxes
Applicable GST (currently 18%) will be charged extra as per government regulations.

10. Billing Policy

• Invoices will be generated in the name of the entity making the payment.
• Once issued, invoices cannot be modified or canceled.

11. Installation & Support
Installation (if applicable) will be provided at an additional cost unless otherwise specified. Any on-site service charges will be borne by the customer.

12. Warranty Policy
Warranty is applicable only as per the product-specific warranty terms. It does not cover damages due to misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized repairs.

13. Jurisdiction
All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of local courts in your business location.

14. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order with us, the customer agrees to all the above terms and conditions.
